About Foster City Summer Days
The City of Foster City is excited to host the new community event, Summer Days, for the 2nd time this August. Summer Days will be another opportunity for families, neighbors, and friends to connect and to celebrate the City's birthday. We have partnered up with Moveable Feast, SF Etsy, and many local Foster City businesses and organizations to host a jam packed weekend full of fun activities for folks of all ages. Proceeds from Summer Days goes back to the be used towards future programs and events. Admission to the event is free. Tickets are required for the carnival rides.
Summer Days will have lots of fun and exciting activities happening all throughout the day, with something for everyone to enjoy. Check the space below to see what we have in store, and if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out and we would be more than happy to help.
This family friendly event will also feature carnival rides and games. Discounted carnival ticket rides are available from July 1 through August 20 at 4pm. After August 20, tickets will only be available at the event. Admission to the event is free, tickets are only needed for the rides.
Local performers will be featured on the Community Meadow stage throughout the weekend. The event will kick off Friday night with Mike Amaral's California Beach Boys (Beach Boys Tribute Band). Be sure to also check out the popular 80's tribute band, Neon Velvet, on Saturday night from 6-8pm.
Plenty of food options for every tastebud! Sample a variety of cuisines from the hottest mobile food trucks from the surrounding areas.
Craft Beer Tasting
Summer Days will feature your favorite domestics and various craft beers from Northern California breweries. Be sure to visit the different beer stations to see the entire selection.
We are excited to have partnered with SF Etsy to provide a variety of quality handmade items from talented artists from all over the San Francisco Bay Area. SF Etsy hosts popular craft fairs in San Francisco and we can't wait to bring them to Foster City for their first Peninsula event. Craft Vendor applications will be available April 2020.
Take a break and relax in our Sports Zone. Enjoy watching a game on the large outdoor screen or participate in the lawn games.
